KTS Gualdim Pais
KTS Gualdim Pais, an Aegis Javelin, served as flagship from 2850 until 2956. It remains the second flagship and the Shield Fleet’s training ship.
The account
- 480 m Aegis Javelin destroyer, bought 2850 by Aurelio Sant'Ana, stripped and rebuilt at Limassol with a hospital deck; crew about eighty including a surgical team of twelve. Hangar gunship named The Sergeant (today an Aegis Redeemer).
- Fought at Caliban (2871, stood across the departure lane) and led the battle group at Crusader (2951). A framed one-word Navy signal, 'Noted.', hangs in its wardroom. Since 2956: second flagship and training ship; every Templar officer serves a year aboard.
